So, Day 12 of Diet (with Jamie Eason Program and rest of methods)

It's going on good.

Two days of past slip offs...last night I have dreamt some Korean actress skipping two lunches while I was with her and it looked charming to me not because she skipped the meal but because she was showing the charm of reserved control on her diet which the quality I miss most of the times.

Now I gotta go out for businesses to take care..and I need to take meal every three hours. The problem is... in Korea there's no cafés selling proper whole-grain bread or healthy-calorie anything. So the only thing I can do is like go out and come back as soon as possible.

Hmm... or. I could take a bottle of protein shake mixed with my grain powder(?) and drink it.

And then come back home refill the energy with a proper dinner-not neccesarily huge-.

I'm gonna add more stories to this.
